Cancellation Policy

Monica Resendez Salon, LLC enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. This gives the opportunity to another client on our waiting list to enjoy the appointment time.

To reschedule your appointment, you must notify the salon 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid being assessed the 50% cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled past the 24 hour cancellation time frame will be charged and invoiced 50% of total cost of services scheduled for that appointment. In order to continue receiving services, invoices will need to be paid in full prior to scheduling any future appointments.

We offer convenient ways to notify us via email, text message, or phone call to avoid being invoiced and charged by credit card for the missed appointment.
